Grannie And Her Young Helper
This week we see my grandmother. I look forward to seeing her, even if she has become a bit stubborn in her later years. I won’t embarrass her by divulging her age, but let’s simply suppose she is a lady with thoroughly seasoned wisdom.
The last time I visited her I brought in my portable Yamaha keyboard so I could perform some music for her. She enjoyed it, but unfortunately because she’s not entirely there, she kept interrupting me to inquire of me how to clean her computer. Yes, she really uses a computer. And maybe she was interrupting me because I’m simply that bad at the keyboard.
I always see something puzzling at her house when I see her. Last time, I found several books on penny stocks on her coffee table. My grandmother learning about buying penny stocks? That’s bizarre. I wonder what I’ll encounter on her coffee table this time.
This month will make for an active sojourn. We must put in her different Emtek door knobs and air conditioner filters then fix her garden cart. I additionally need to take her old pots and pans to charity because she recently purchased a new collection of pots and pans to replace them.
